Review:

This has good graphics and gameplay for the time but is not a patch on modern games. It was most famous for causing such a stir when it first appeared. It angered Mary Whitehouse et al for featuring a rather nice decapitation routine in glorious Spectrum colour and the advertising campaign was condemned for featuring pictures of scantily clad Page 3 girl Maria Whittaker alongside a Conan the Barbarian wannabe. The game has been much copied since, as has the controversial content and advertising.
